You should not provide feedback that is subject to a license requiring Microsoft to license its software or documentation to third parties because your feedback is included in them. These rights remain in effect even after this agreement.
PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE
The Xbox App beta is a pre-release version that may not function properly or operate like the final version. Changes may be made to the final commercial version, and there is no guarantee that a commercial version will be released.
