FEEDBACK

If you provide feedback about the Xbox App beta to Microsoft, you grant Microsoft the right to use, share, and commercialize your feedback in any way and for any purpose, free of charge. You also grant third parties any patent rights necessary to use or interface with specific parts of a Microsoft software or service that includes the feedback, free of charge. You should not provide feedback that is subject to a license requiring Microsoft to license its software or documentation to third parties because your feedback is included in them. These rights remain in effect even after this agreement.

PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE

The Xbox App beta is a pre-release version that may not function properly or operate like the final version. Changes may be made to the final commercial version, and there is no guarantee that a commercial version will be released.
